Only licensed members can purchase vehicles from Japanese car auctions. We can assist you to purchase used-vehicles directly from the auctions through our services.. Buying vehicles from these used car auction is the best way to obtain maximum savings.
We offer our customers 2 different ways of participating in the Japanese Used Auto Auctions - our own proprietary online auto auction system as well as USS Auto auction system.

The USS auction is the largest car auction group in Japan and has 16 auction houses all over Japan. Approximately 40,000 vehicles are auctioned every week in these USS auction houses. You can access the USS auction database here. Updated daily

Before you wish to bid in any of the above auctions, you need to send us the auction deposit by T.T. or by Credit Card. Minimum deposit required depends on the value of the vehicle. This deposit is refundable or adjustable in your purchase. Please send us copy of T.T. by fax with your name, email and fax number.

You can place your bid directly using our proprietory online auction systems. Please note that we provide market price data only to the customers who have paid the deposit and started the purchasing process. For users of USS auction system, please let us know your Bid Price by email before the auction begins. Mitz Trading will then bid on your behalf.
The Bid Price is the FOB price which includes our commission fee, inland transportation charges and customs fees at Japan port. If you need CIF price, we will send you a separate quotation for shipping to your destination port. |

If your bid is successful, we will inform you by email and also send instructions to pay the balance amount (Difference of Bidding price and bidding deposit). This amount must be paid within 4 days after the bid is successful. If we do not receive the balance amount within 4 days, we will seize your deposit.
Once we confirm the receipt of full amount, we will start the process of shipment of car, and we will also send the necessary documents by EMS/Courier. |

After receiving your payment, we will ship your vehicle by the next available ship to your destination port. We can also arrange a container if you order consists of many vehicles.

You will receive the vehicle in your country after completing the necessary formalities such as customs clearance. Congatutations !!
